Chef Sandy is a culinary artist with a passion for blending traditional flavors with creative twists. Known for her expert pairing of wines with carefully crafted dishes, Sandy takes pride in delivering unforgettable dining experiences. For this special evening, she delighted guests with a mix of classic favorites like frito, tacos, and carne asada, along with innovative fusion creations such as dried shrimp egg rolls and Bluefields-styled chop suey. Each dish reflects her unique approach to culinary craftsmanship, making every bite a memorable experience.
