Sandy’s passion for cooking shines through in every dish she creates, blending traditional flavors of the Caribbean Coast - Bluefields, Nicaragua, with her own creative twists, transforming every dining experience into something truly special. For this special evening, she delighted guests with a mix of classic favorites like Frito, Beef Tacos, and Carne Asada, alongside innovative fusion creations such as Cured Shrimp Egg Rolls and Bluefields-style Chop Suey. Each dish is a reflection of her love for food and her dedication to making every bite a memorable experience.
